Design, Develop, and Deliver An Effective BCM
Testing the BC Plan is an important step in the BCM Program. This helps to ensure currency, accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of the BC plan and arrangements. The output of a BC Test provides inputs to the Continual Improvement stage. This course is highly interactive ā exercises (as many as 20 exercises in 2 days! Fully Hands-on Learning Experience). Delivery mechanisms include presentation-based discussions, and individual/ group exercises. Live cases are used to explain the concepts. The participants leave with a self-developed Test Plan with full scripts. The course is supported by additional reading material and sample documents. The trainer for this course holds over 35 years of experience in the industry and over 16 years of experience in Resilience domains.
